The Thomas Theyer Foundation is a charity offering support to children and young people with special educational needs and those experiencing difficult life circumstances for families/carers.
They recognise the many physical and mental health benefits of exercise and strive to increase access to exercise, in particular outdoor activities. They also provide the opportunity for breaks for children and young people affected, as well as their families/carers.
They support young people with mental health support through therapeutic services.
The charity was set up following the death of Thomas Samuel Theyer in 2013 and became a registered charity in 2015.
