Between the following times your call will be redirected to the NHS 111 service:

• 18:00 and 08:00 Monday-Friday, weekends and Bank Holidays

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and/or shortness of breath constitute as an emergency.

• Appointments – telephone from 08:00
• Home visits – telephone before 10:00
• General enquiries – telephone after 10:30
• Test results – telephone after 14:00
