At Friendly Family Surgery, we want to make sure our patients remain safely registered with us and continue to have access to the care they need.
To help make sure you stay registered:

📩 If you receive a letter from NHS England or Primary Care Support England (PCSE) asking you to confirm your details, please do not ignore it !
👵🏻 Please check on elderly, frail or vulnerable relatives and friends who may need help responding.

Already been removed? Please don’t worry
