This is our latest patient survey for 2022.
Thank you to everyone that took the time to fill in this survey. These are posted out to patients randomly so if you receive one please fill it in. The results are looked at by the practice to see if there are any improvements we can make so it is worth taking the time to fill them in. We also discuss the results in our Patient Participation Group meetings for patient’s advice on how they feel we can make improvements.
