Routine telephone appointments can be booked in advance.
We reserve a set amount of urgent slots for on the day booking, these appointments become available at 08:00 on the day.
If you require an urgent on the day telephone call please call at 08:00.
This system is how our normal face to face booking works and has been adapted due to the covid-19 pandemic.
