- Asthma management – If you have been advised by the surgery to submit an annual review of your asthma symptoms please complete our form
We do not provide occupational hepatitis B at our surgery.
Chronic disease management
The practice has access to specific services which you may require, for example:
- Diabetes management
- ECG (Electrocardiogram)
- Coronary vascular risk assessment
- COPD management – If you have been advised by the surgery to submit a COPD assessment please complete our form
- Blood pressure – If you have been advised by the surgery to submit your blood pressure readings on a regular basis please complete our form
Screenings
Cervical
You will receive a letter inviting you to a cervical screening, you can then book in for your appointment – if you have previously missed screening appointments you can still book in at any time.
Call the surgery on 01246 826815 or visit our Consulting Room to arrange an appointment with our practice nurse.

Breast Cancer
If you have been invited for your breast cancer screening and have not yet attended please, please call 01246 516060 to arrange your appointment.

Bowel
Within two months of your 60th birthday you will receive an invitation through the post from the national bowel cancer screening hub. If you are below 60, you may still request a kit.
Bowel cancer screening involves a simple test that you carry out in your home, which you then send off in the envelope provided.
The kit will also include instructions on how to do a bowel screening test.
You will receive your results in the post about two weeks later.
